The Rebbe MH"M teaches us that when the whole world will recognize the holiness of Hashem, and Torah and Mitzvahs will be accomplished everywhere, then Moshiach will come.

Let's take a look at the hebrew word Echad (אחד). Alef equals 1 (one). There is only One G-d. His Holiness has to spread through Ches (8), referring to the 7 Heavens and 1 earth; and through out the Daled (4) corners of the world. (1+8+4=13)

How do we accomplish this?

Through learning the Torah that we received from Moshe Rabbeinu, we bring Hashem's Holiness throughout the 7 Heavens and 1 earth, and all 4 corners of the world. Then we will merit to see the arrival of MOSHIACH!!

When Yaakov Avinu blessed his son Yehudah, he told him that the kingdom of the Yidden will be from his descendants, his Shevet (tribe), "Ad Ki Yavoh Shiloh" "Until  Shiloh will come" "עד כי יבא שילה".

the gemarah (talmud) tells us that "shiloh" - שילה is one of moshiach's names. The Rebbe teaches us that the Gematria (numerical value) of "Yavoh Shiloh" יבא שילה is the same as Moshiach.
