The Rebbe MH"M teaches us that when the whole world will recognize the holiness of Hashem, and Torah and Mitzvahs will be accomplished everywhere, then Moshiach will come.
Let's take a look at the word Echad. Alef equals 1 (one). There is only One G-d. His Holiness has to spread through Ches (8) , referring to the 7 Heavens and 1 earth; and through out the Daled (4) corners of the world. (1+8+4=13)
How do we accomplish this?
Through learning the Torah that we received from Moshe Rabbeinu, we bring Hashem's Holiness throughout the 7 Heavens and 1 earth, and all 4 corners of the world. Then we will merit to see the arrival of MOSHIACH!!

When Yaakov Avinu blessed his son Yehudah he told him that Moshiach will come from his Shevet (tribe). He used the term "Ad Ki Yavoh Shiloh" "Until Shiloh will come" "vkha tch hf sg".
One of Moshiach's name is SHILOH - vkha The Rebbe teaches us that the Gematria (numerical value) of "Yavoh Shiloh" and Moshiach are the SAME.
